As many of you know, my husband is the store manager for Petsmart on Harbison so our family has much love for animals. We foster dogs for adoption and I volunteer to take portraits in shelters and pet-adoption agencies for animals in need of loving homes! So shooting this magazine cover was pretty special for me! Shiloh the dog was the Chairdog for the 2012 Bark to the Park sponsored by Pawmetto Lifeline...the walk raised over $99,000!!! And Colin, the adorable red head boy....well his Mom is the very reason that our family fosters dogs and that I take portraits for shelters...and I can't tell you how much I admire all the things she does for animals-in-need and for her friends! So happy she brought us into the "animal rescue" world!! Thank you Traci!!
